Avocado Crema

  • 1 large ripe Hass avocado
  • ½ cup GreenWise Plain Greek yogurt (fat free)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.
  3. Blend or mash until smooth.
