Oatmeal cookies with coconut and chocolate

  • 2 cups GreenWise old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups GreenWise unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of melted GreenWise organic virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of GreenWise stevia blend
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa nibs
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
  2. Mix coconut oil, stevia and egg until smooth
  3. Add the oats and stir until well combined. Add the coconut
  4. Shape the cookies and place them on a tray with waxed paper. By hand if necessary
  5. Bake for 12 minutes and then let it cool for at least 5-10 minutes, before storing in an airtight container. Ready!
